A delicious southern-style beef consommé.

The place is totally street-style and super cool. It has a small table for diners, but you can also sit at the bar of the same cart.

They add onion and cilantro to taste to the broth. They serve it with some very tasty tortillas so you can make little tacos out of the same meat that comes in the broth. (This is typical here, well, at least that's what I think because I've seen that most people do that, and so to get into the mood I do it too.)

You can also order tacos made with the same meat that they put in the consommé. I usually order a consommé and 4 tacos to accompany it, plus whatever comes out of the meat that comes in the consommé.
