Recommendations

• Wear comfortable beach clothes and a swimsuit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.
• Your sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
• Bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs, do an "Optional Activity" or purchase photos of your visit.

Important Information

• Children under 12 years of age with a height greater than 1.40 m must also present identification to prove their age.
• Use of snorkeling equipment requires a refundable deposit of $10 USD.
• Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya will be included only if you add it at the time of purchase. You must confirm the time and place of departure.
• Reservations cancelled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 days prior to arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, will not be refundable. Any change in the date of visit may be subject to rate changes.
• Date changes are not permitted on the same day of your visit.
